Dear MPES Families,
As we move into the beautiful fall season, it’s a perfect time to pause and celebrate all that our students have accomplished so far this year. The first quarter has been filled with learning, laughter, and growth across our classrooms. We are so proud of the effort our Cougars have shown and the sense of community that continues to shine throughout Manassas Park Elementary. Thank you for your partnership and support in helping make our school a place where every child feels valued and inspired to learn.
A special thank you goes out to Assistant Principals Ms. Quinty and Mrs. Craighill, Security Director Ms. Grigsby, our School Resource Officers, and the entire MPES staff for their teamwork and leadership during our recent ALICE Safety Walk. The safety of our students is always our top priority, and this successful practice helped ensure that everyone understands how to respond calmly and confidently in an emergency.
As teachers prepare for parent-teacher conferences and finalize grades, this is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate each child’s achievements and set new goals for the second quarter. Your continued partnership and communication play a vital role in helping every student thrive.
